On the road again with the Cole Adventure to Bend, Oregon. Up at oh dark thirty,,,,, click on any picture for a larger version.. Did you know that 280 is deserted EARLY Sunday morning? We met at the pointing Padre. “I see a Model A coming.” Don Cole telling us where to go today, North, Folks, North! We lit out with 13 A’s. Looky fog on the Golden Gate! First big hill, two cars needed water,,, Looking back on our modern entourage, one prius, one big truck, one motor home and 14 A’s with Bueno’s joining us in Santa Rosa. Had to stop at the drive through tree, only a 45 minute wait,,,,, And then all these people jumped in front of the A. Found a lovely redwood grove on the Avenue of the Giants for a photo op,,, Then we decided to hug a tree! We got a funky but clean hotel in Eureka with covered parking.Dinner at the Lost Coast Brew House. Without mentioning any names, somebody did the 10 shot beer sampler! Minor troubles today, two cars pushing water out, Kelly had to change a fan belt while everyone else had lunch, and Bob’s car had a high pitched bird under the hood. Everyone still rolling. Some tour leaders drop bread crumbs but our leader leaves a nice trail of water for us to follow. Fortunately Ed Shannon has a 150 gallon water tank in his motor home. Too late to write more, that’s all folks, zzzzzzzzz

Glad you made it through San Francisco early! No traffic on the bridge- yeah. Have fun and we will follow along. Wish we were there with you instead of reading about it!

Great photos. I especially like the fog on the Golden Gate & the tree huggers. More fun days ahead. Enjoy! Thanks for sharing. :-) Love, Jane
